The State of Tennessee will be seeking the death penalty in the case of James Conn. He is the suspect accused of the murder of Robertson County Sheriff’s Deputy Savanna Puckett in January. They are moving from the City’s 457b deferred compensation program to the State of Tennessee’s administered program, and the state’s 401k program.
