Local News One person is dead after being hit by a car in Clarksville. Police say 21-year-old Jer Rion Thurmond of Clarksville was walking on Outlaw Field Road around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday and was hit. Local News Police in Clarksville say a missing woman has been found dead. Authorities report 28-year-old Savannah Gilliam was discovered deceased in the driver's seat of her vehicle by a CPD officer around 1:00 a.m. Thursday.
