Local News One person is dead after being hit by a car in Clarksville.  Police say 21-year-old Jer Rion Thurmond of Clarksville was walking on Outlaw Field Road around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday and was hit.  Thurmond was treated at the hospital for injuries and later died.  The investigation continues. Local News Police in Clarksville say a missing woman has been found dead.  Authorities report 28-year-old Savannah Gilliam was discovered deceased in the driver's seat of her vehicle by a CPD officer around 1:00 a.m. Thursday.  Gilliam's mother reported her missing on December eleventh, telling officials she had not spoken to her for weeks.  Investigators are still looking into the incident, but say they do not currently suspect foul play.
