Gabrielle Hanson has resigned as a member of the Board of Mayor and Alderman in Franklin.  Her action came before the board could vote to censure Hanson following her controversial mayoral campaign. But since she resigned and is no longer an elected official she can’t be censured.  Hansen was caught in a number of lies during her campaign for Mayr and refused to denounce admitted white supremacists who supported her.
