A man wanted for robbing a bank in Colorado was arrested Friday in Putnam County. Jerry Robert Stubbins is accused of robbing the ENT Credit Union bank in Colorado Springs, Colorado, of $20,000 on Friday, Aug. 25th. On Thursday, Aug. 31 Putnam County investigators were made aware that Stubbins, who has a lengthy criminal history including aggravated robbery, was possibly in the Putnam County area. He was found at a Dollar General, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice. He is being held without bond and has a court date set for Wednesday.

Jimmy Buffett’s cause of death has been revealed, just days after the singer-songwriter passed away. Buffett had been fighting Merkel cell skin cancer for four years, and had been continuing to perform during treatment. It progressed into lymphoma, and Buffett had reportedly been receiving hospice care. In lieu of flowers, Buffett’s family has asked that donations be made to his foundation, Singing for Change; Brigham and Women’s Hospital; the Dana Farber Cancer Institute; or the MD Anderson Cancer Center.

All services resume on Tuesday. UPS locations are also closed, and delivery service is not available, except for Express Critical. FedEx offices and services are closed as well on Monday, except for FedEx Custom Critical.
