Gas prices in the Volunteer State are on the decline. Triple-A reports the average cost of a gallon of regular gas yesterday was four dollars and 10 cents. That's down from last week's average of four-30. Additionally, Tennessee is, on average, seeing cheaper gas than most of the nation. The nationwide average is about four-52.
