Local News One person is dead after being hit by a car in Clarksville.  Police say 21-year-old Jer Rion Thurmond of Clarksville was walking on Outlaw Field Road around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday and was hit.  Thurmond was treated at the hospital for injuries and later died.  The investigation continues.
