An autopsy report for a Fort Campbell Soldier has been released after she was found dead at a Clarksville apartment complex on May 18. 23-year-old Pfc. Katia Duenas-Aguilar, a soldier originally from Mesquite, Texas was found inside of a residence on Tiny Town Road.
