After a year-long investigation by Greenbrier Detectives, 34-year-old Justin Kyle Morris of Adams was arrested Friday and charged with 2nd-Degree murder in the death of 30-year-old Taylor Elmore of Greenbrier last year. One person was injured following an officer-involved shooting at Rawls Auto Salvage just outside Springfield Thursday afternoon. Police were responding to a stolen vehicle call, when the driver allegedly accelerated toward the deputy, after which the deputy fired his weapon.
