A 15-month-old found inside a Portland home back in February died from starvation and hypertonic dehydration.  The Sumner County Sheriff’s Office says 32-year-old Tiffany Spears, and her 15-month-old infant son Nicholas Crowder were both found dead February 9th.  A 3-year-old was also found at the home and was treated at a local hospital.
