Just weeks after Robertson County Schools announced the retirement of Assistant Director Stephanie Mason following a 32-year-long education career, the district found itself announcing her death. The Tennessee Department of Health reported one-thousand-777 new COVID-19 cases yesterday, bringing the total since the outbreak began to nearly 717-thousand.  More than 100 additional COVID-19-related deaths were reported, bringing the death count to more than 94-hundred.  Some 18-hundred COVID-19 patients are hospitalized statewide.. Three people are hospitalized following a Tuesday morning head-on crash at the intersection of Hwy 41 and Hwy 431 North in Springfield.
