A 15-month-old found inside a Portland home back in February died from starvation and hypertonic dehydration.  The Sumner County Sheriff’s Office says 32-year-old Tiffany Spears, and her 15-month-old infant son Nicholas Crowder were both found dead February 9th.  A 3-year-old was also found at the home and was treated at a local hospital. After a year-long investigation by Greenbrier Detectives, 34-year-old Justin Kyle Morris of Adams was arrested Friday and charged with 2nd-Degree murder in the death of 30-year-old Taylor Elmore of Greenbrier last  year.  Greenbrier Police say Morris was charged with the Sale and Delivery of Fentanyl which killed Elmore.
