After a year-long investigation by Greenbrier Detectives, 34-year-old Justin Kyle Morris of Adams was arrested Friday and charged with 2nd-Degree murder in the death of 30-year-old Taylor Elmore of Greenbrier last  year.  Greenbrier Police say Morris was charged with the Sale and Delivery of Fentanyl which killed Elmore.
