Clarksville police were responding to a loud disturbance early yesterday morning when they heard shots fired with one person being wounded. The long-awaited second phase of work on Interstate 65 between Nashville and the Kentucky state line is set to begin this year. Improvements for Interstate 65, from Nashville to the Kentucky state line, include widening for approximately 25.8 miles in Davidson, Robertson, and Sumner Counties. There were two back-to-back rollover crashes on I-65 in Robertson County Sunday morning.
