A federal indictment has charged former Springfield resident 52-year-old Chad William Rudicel, with seven counts of wire fraud, one count of mail fraud, and two counts of aggravated identity theft. The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office says a suspect wanted for allegedly targeting vehicles in the Robertson County area has been captured driving a stolen vehicle in Georgia. Detectives say the crime spree of 26-year-old Lazarus Hibbett of Cross Plains included several vehicle burglaries and vehicle theft and shoplifting.
