The proposed rezoning for a high-density, mega subdivision just outside of  Cedar Hill will be brought before the Robertson County Commission tonight.  The proposal has received some pushback from members of the Cedar Hill community who have voiced their concerns about the project.

The 2022 Miss Tennessee USA and Miss Tennessee Teen USA Pageants will be held in Clarksville next month.  The pageants are set for March 11th and 12th at the Austin Peay State University Music and Mass Communications Building.  It will be the 21st time Clarksville has hosted the pageants.

Your hunting and fishing license expires today. When you renew them, you’ll notice a change.  It will be good for 365 days from the date of purchase instead of expiring on February 28th no matter when you bought it.  Just so you know, an annual Sportsman’s License costs $166 and requires no supplemental licenses or permits, except for the federal migratory bird license

Bridgestone Americas is investigating a possible cyber security breach.  Some employees at a plant in Tennessee were sent home yesterday morning over the situation.  Bridgestone Americas says it has disconnected some manufacturing and retreading facilities in North America and Latin America from its network.  It says it’s working to determine the scope or nature of any potential incident.

Support is being shown for Ukraine at the state Capitol.  About 50 people protested Russia’s invasion of Ukraine yesterday.  It was the third rally supporting Ukraine held at the Capitol since the invasion started last Thursday.

A new Johnny Cash Tennessee Music Pathways marker is standing in Hendersonville.  The marker outside the House of Cash Building was unveiled on Saturday, which would have been Cash’s 90th birthday.  The building was the Man in Black’s office and recording space before he turned it into a museum.  Cash and his wife June Carter Cash lived on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville for 35 years.
