There’s a chance for severe weather across Robertson Cunty and most of the Mid-State today.  The National Weather Service in Nashville says damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are possible from 2 o’clock this afternoon until 10 o’clock tonight.  Forecasters say one-inch hail is also possible.  The National Weather Service is urging Tennesseans to be “Weather Aware.”

It’s time for pre-k students to apply for the 2022-2023 school year. Register online at rcstn.net and click on the button in the blue ribbon. You can also apply in person at Bransford Elementary School Wednesday, April 20th from 5:00 – 7:00, Thursday, April 28th from 8:30 – 11:30, and Wednesday, May 4th from 5:00 – 7:00.

This weekend is Goodwill’s Wedding Gown Weekend.  Bride’s and bridesmaid’s gowns will be priced anywhere from $49.99 to $299.99 during the sale, which will take place tomorrow and Sunday while supplies last. Each of the 28 retail stores operated by Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee will be stocked with at least 20 gowns.  The Goodwill location in Robertson County is n Memorial Blvd. in Springfield. There is also a nearby store and donation center on Gallatin Pike North in Madison.
