Local News A Putnam County man is facing charges related to child pornography. Authorities report Mark Allen Jones has been indicted on at least one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. Detectives launched an investigation in March of last year when a woman who had been dating Jones reported finding explicit photos of children on his cell phone.
