It’s for larger items that cannot be disposed of in household trash such as mattresses and furniture. Loose and smaller items must be bagged for collection. That's according to new data from the FBI which ranks states by crimes like murders, robberies and assaults committed per 100-thousand people. Only Alaska and New Mexico are above Tennessee on the list. Bordering states Arkansas and Missouri are fourth and sixth respectively.
