Tennessee has changed driver's licenses and photo identification card designs. The cards have a “fresh design” and improved security features. A Gallatin woman has been charged in connection with an explosion at her home earlier this summer. The explosion happened at a duplex off Chaffin Court near Airport Road on Friday, June 14th.
