Local News Officials in Sumner County say a shooting suspect is dead following a barricade situation over the weekend. Authorities report 42-year-old Jonathan Shrum shot two people during a fight at a home in Portland on Saturday evening before fleeing to his residence in Westmoreland and hiding from police.
