Clarksville police responded to two motorcycle crashes on Monday night — and one was deadly. The first crash was just after 8 p.m. at the intersection of Ft. Campbell Boulevard and Cunningham Lane. One teenager is dead, and another is in custody following a Saturday evening shooting in Hermitage. 16-year-old Zepplenin Phillips was reportedly found on the ground near his home with three gunshot wounds to the neck and chest and was brought to Vanderbilt by neighbors.
