40-year-old Dawna Wilson of Cedar Hill has been charged with 2nd-degree murder in relation to the overdose death of 45-year-old Benjamin Pitt of Portland back in April. A Robertson County woman filed a $500,000 federal lawsuit against Austin Peay State University. The suit claims on-the-job discrimination and retaliation on the basis of race.
