Gas prices in the Volunteer State are on the decline. Triple-A reports the average cost of a gallon of regular gas yesterday was four dollars and 10 cents. Police in Lebanon, say they arrested two men after they allegedly vandalized over 150 headstones. The vandalism occurred overnight in the Cedar Grove and Wilson County Memorial Gardens cemeteries on Friday. Thirty-one-year-old Justin Emler and 23-year-old Jeremy Heaton were charged with vandalism of over 60 thousand dollars.
