The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation has announced an $8 million loan for the City of White House to improve water infrastructure.  The loan is one of eight approved by the Tennessee Local Development Authority  totalling $15.7 million. Springfield Electric and the Tennessee Valley Authority has given $20,000 to United Way of Greater Nashville through TVA’s Community Care Fund program to help the community during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.  The Fund was launched  in April 2020 to help address hardships created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
