A Middle Tennessee high school assistant principal and athletic director is being charged with statutory rape.  Garry Chadwell works at Kenwood High in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System.  The 49-year-old was arrested on Tuesday by Clarksville police for the alleged crime, which happened in January.  Chadwell is charged with rape and aggravated statutory rape of a male between 13-to-18-years-old.
