Gas prices in the Volunteer State are on the decline. Triple-A reports the average cost of a gallon of regular gas yesterday was four dollars and 10 cents. That's down from last week's average of four-30. Additionally, Tennessee is, on average, seeing cheaper gas than most of the nation. The nationwide average is about four-52. Police in Lebanon, say they arrested two men after they allegedly vandalized over 150 headstones. The vandalism occurred overnight in the Cedar Grove and Wilson County Memorial Gardens cemeteries on Friday.   Thirty-one-year-old Justin Emler and 23-year-old Jeremy Heaton were charged with vandalism of over 60 thousand dollars.  Lebanon Mayor Rick Bell took to FaceBook to share that he has family buried at both locations and that he's angry..
