The TBI says evidence indicates Nashville bomber Anthony Warner likely didn’t intend to kill others. Authorities say Warner detonated a bomb downtown on Christmas morning killing himself. Yesterday, TBI Director David Rausch said it appears that the intention was more destruction than death. Warner’s RV broadcast a warning of an explosion before the blast damaged over 40 buildings.
