The Sadie Nauy Foundation and the Adairville Volunteer Fire Department will be presenting a living nativity Friday on the square in Adairville, Ky. The presentation will run from 6 pm to 9 pm and will have live animals again this year including camels. Because if ge pandemic it will be a drive-thru only event this year. Please stay in your cars. You can pause long enough to take a picture from your car. There will also be a coin drop for donations to help the fire department.

The City of Springfield’s annual holiday lights tradition continues this year but will look different due to COVID-19. Viewing is limited to drive-through only at J. Travis Price Park from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m through December 23rd.   Winter Wonderland presented by the Springfield Parks & Recreation Department is a display of thousands of lights and more than a dozen holiday scenes.

The first doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine are expected to arrive at hospitals across Tennessee soon.  The Tennessee Department of Health said the state received its first shipment of over 56-thousand doses of the vaccine on Monday.  Nearly 30 sites covering more than 70 hospitals around the state are expected to get the doses tomorrow.

Tennessee’s First Lady Maria Lee is releasing a virtual tour of Christmas at the Tennessee Residence.  “ Christmas Through the Years”  highlights decor throughout the historic home inspired by decorations and traditions of Christmases past, present and future.  There are also ornaments created by artists in each of Tennessee’s 95 counties.

The first court date for the man accused of killing a Nashville nurse is being delayed.  Devaunte Hill was expected to appear before a judge yesterday for allegedly murdering St. Thomas West Hospital nurse Caitlyn Kaufman.  However, the appearance has been pushed back to Tuesday, December 29th.  Kaufman was shot and killed on I-440 on December 3rd as she drove to work.
