Several Sumner County moms held a prayer vigil Sunday evening as search efforts continued for missing 15-year-old Sebastian Rogers.  Dozens met in the Beach High School parking lot, where Sebastian attends school not far from where he was reportedly last seen, on Stafford Court, on Feb. 26. Despite extensive search efforts from air and land, including mounted patrols, cave searches, and multiple canine units, Sebastian’s whereabouts remain a mystery roughly two weeks after he was reported missing.

A U.S. Army intelligence analyst accused of selling sensitive military secrets to China has pleaded not guilty to federal charges.  Sgt. Korbein Schultz, an Army intelligence agent at Fort Campbell, was arrested Thursday morning for allegedly selling national intelligence information to a Chinese conspirator.  He walked into a federal courtroom Friday before noon, shackled around the ankles, and wearing an Army green T-shirt, and black pants.  Since June 2022, records show Schultz shared documents, maps, notes, pictures, and missile tactics and received thousands of dollars.

One person is dead after a house fire in Cheatham County Friday morning.  First responders arrived to find a home engulfed in flames at about 2 a.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Bald Eagle Drive in Kingston Springs.  Neighbors told firefighters that someone may have been inside. Later, a woman was found dead inside the home, officials said.  The TBI and Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the fire.

A suspect is wanted after a Friday morning bank robbery in Murfreesboro. Murfreesboro police said the robber entered the bank just before 10 a.m. with a revolver and demanded money. He left the bank on foot. The robber wore a green hoodie, black ski mask, gloves, and a white surgical mask. A K9 unit attempted to track the robber but was unsuccessful due to the inclement weather.
