Rights to shooter Audrey Hale’s writings are now in the hands of the Covenant School families.  Hale’s parents have formally signed over control of the journals and plans collected by detectives following the March mass shooting.  Legal paperwork has been filed that would place the documents under the new Covenant Children’s Trust.  The Metro police department is still in possession of the written content collected from Hale’s car and home.  The next court session connected to the possible public release of the documents is scheduled for July 12th.
