Authorities in Cheatham County are searching for the suspects responsible for burning a farmer’s barn.  Greg Balthrop says someone intentionally fired multiple rounds from a flare gun into his Thomasville Road building last Friday, burning 50-thousand-dollars-worth of hay he had produced for customers who have already paid him.  The farmer says a neighbor’s doorbell camera captured an older model white truck pull onto the property prior to the blaze.  Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office.
