A Stewart County man, who has reportedly spent most of his life behind bars, has been arrested once again and accused of kicking a Cheatham County deputy in the chest. Deputies reported that 26-year-old Kenneth Wayne Nelson of Stewart County was sitting on a bicycle and holding a dog leash outside the store.
